  1. 1. Gently prick the eggshells with a fork.
  2. 2. Place the eggs in boiling water.
  3. 3. Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain the hot water.
  5. 5. Rinse the eggs under cold water to make them easier to peel.
  6. 6. Peel the eggs and slice them.
  7. 7. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  8. 8. Spin the spinach dry.
  9. 9. Cut the tortilla wraps halfway from one side to the center.
  10. 10. Take one quarter of the wrap.
  11. 11. Top this quarter with Gouda cheese.
  12. 12. Add smoked salmon on top.
  13. 13. Add baby spinach.
  14. 14. Place the egg slices on top.
  15. 15. Season the wrap to taste with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Fold the individual quarters of the wrap one after the other.
  17. 17. Heat a pan without any fat.
  18. 18. Toast the wraps for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  19. 19. Turn the wraps occasionally until the cheese starts to melt.
  20. 20. If using a contact grill, close and latch it.
  21. 21. Grill the wraps for about 5 minutes.
