🍽️ High-Protein Wraps with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 20 g baby spinach (4 handfuls)
- 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 4 slices Gouda (120 g)
- 4 slices smoked salmon (80 g)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Gently prick the eggshells with a fork.
- 2. Place the eggs in boiling water.
- 3. Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes.
- 4. Drain the hot water.
- 5. Rinse the eggs under cold water to make them easier to peel.
- 6. Peel the eggs and slice them.
- 7. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 8. Spin the spinach dry.
- 9. Cut the tortilla wraps halfway from one side to the center.
- 10. Take one quarter of the wrap.
- 11. Top this quarter with Gouda cheese.
- 12. Add smoked salmon on top.
- 13. Add baby spinach.
- 14. Place the egg slices on top.
- 15. Season the wrap to taste with salt and pepper.
- 16. Fold the individual quarters of the wrap one after the other.
- 17. Heat a pan without any fat.
- 18. Toast the wraps for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- 19. Turn the wraps occasionally until the cheese starts to melt.
- 20. If using a contact grill, close and latch it.
- 21. Grill the wraps for about 5 minutes.
