🥤 Refreshing Hibiscus Sage Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 7 g hibiscus tea (loose)
- 8 leaves sage
- 2 limes
- 2 vanilla pods
- 4 tsp agave syrup
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Place the hibiscus flowers into a tea infuser or tea ball.
- 2. Add the sage leaves to the infuser as well.
- 3. Pour one liter of boiling water over the herbs.
- 4. Let the tea steep for eight minutes.
- 5. Remove the tea infuser from the liquid.
- 6. Leave the sage leaves in the tea.
- 7. Let the mixture cool down for thirty minutes at room temperature.
- 8. Place the tea in the refrigerator for another thirty minutes.
- 9. Squeeze the limes while the tea is cooling.
- 10. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 11. Scrape out the seeds (pulp) from the pod.
- 12. Add the lime juice to the cooled tea.
- 13. Add the vanilla seeds to the tea.
- 14. Add the agave syrup to the tea.
- 15. Stir the mixture well.
- 16. Divide the tea among four glasses.
- 17. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
- 18. Serve the tea.
