🍽️ Savory Crêpes with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
- 75 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 8 slices paper-thin Parma ham
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the milk into the flour until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- 3. Add the egg and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir well.
- 4. Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes to allow it to swell.
- 5. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Bake four thin crêpes one after the other in the pan.
- 7. Top each finished crêpe with two slices of ham.
- 8. Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the ham.
- 9. Grind some fresh pepper over the top.
- 10. Roll the crêpes up tightly.
- 11. Serve the crêpes immediately.
