  6. 6. Bake four thin crêpes one after the other in the pan.
  7. 7. Top each finished crêpe with two slices of ham.
  8. 8. Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the ham.
  9. 9. Grind some fresh pepper over the top.
  10. 10. Roll the crêpes up tightly.
  11. 11. Serve the crêpes immediately.
