  7. 7. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of lukewarm water.
  8. 8. Roughly chop all ingredients with a knife until small crumbs form.
  9. 9. Quickly knead the crumbs together with your hands to form a dough.
  10. 10. Shape the dough into a ball.
  11. 11. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  12. 12. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Wash the chard and remove the tough stems.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the chard.
  15. 15. Wash the leek and remove the outer layers.
  16. 16. Dice the leek into small cubes.
  17. 17. Peel the garlic cloves.
  18. 18. Finely chop the garlic.
  19. 19. Stir the cream cheese until smooth with the eggs.
  20. 20. Stir the cream into the cream cheese and egg mixture.
  21. 21. Set aside half of the Parmesan cheese.
  22. 22. Stir the remaining Parmesan into the cream cheese mixture.
  23. 23. Fold in the chopped chard.
  24. 24. Fold in the chopped garlic.
  25. 25. Fold in the diced leek.

  29. 29. Place two layers of cling film on your work surface.
  30. 30. Roll out the dough between the layers of film.

  33. 33. Pull up a crust edge from the dough.
  34. 34. Spread the filling onto the dough.
