  5. 5. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with a little salt.
  6. 6. Let the cucumber sit for about 15 minutes to draw out the water.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Finely chop the garlic.
  9. 9. Stir the yogurt until smooth.
  10. 10. Mix the chopped garlic into the yogurt.
  11. 11. Add lemon juice and stir well.
  12. 12. Squeeze the grated cucumber to remove the water.
  13. 13. Fold the squeezed cucumber into the yogurt.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Place the olives on a plate.
  16. 16. Place the yogurt on top of the olives.
  17. 17. Drizzle some olive oil over the dish.
