🍽️ Savory Greek-style Yogurt (Tzatziki) with Kalamata Olives

Ingredients
- 0.5 cucumber
- salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g black, pitted olives (Kalamata olives)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- 4. Grate the cucumber finely.
- 5. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with a little salt.
- 6. Let the cucumber sit for about 15 minutes to draw out the water.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Stir the yogurt until smooth.
- 10. Mix the chopped garlic into the yogurt.
- 11. Add lemon juice and stir well.
- 12. Squeeze the grated cucumber to remove the water.
- 13. Fold the squeezed cucumber into the yogurt.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 15. Place the olives on a plate.
- 16. Place the yogurt on top of the olives.
- 17. Drizzle some olive oil over the dish.
- 18. Serve the tzatziki.
