  6. 6. Roughly chop the remaining basil.
  7. 7. Fold the chopped basil into the pancake batter.
  8. 8. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan.
  9. 9. Fry three pancakes one after the other.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  11. 11. Wash the spinach and remove the tough stems.
  12. 12. Let the spinach drain well.
  13. 13. Roughly chop the spinach.
  14. 14. Peel the onions.
  15. 15. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  16. 16. Wash the bell pepper.
  17. 17. Halve the bell pepper and remove the inside.

  20. 20. Quarter the tomatoes.

  24. 24. Wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
  25. 25. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.
  26. 26. Render the bacon in a pan without adding extra fat.
  27. 27. Add the onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
  28. 28. Sauté the vegetables lightly.
