🍰 Savory Fruit and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- 80 g dried plums
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp curry (ground)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large zucchini
- 100 g small mushrooms
- 1 peach
- 150 g papaya flesh
- 4 shallots
Instructions
- 1. Soak the plums in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 3. Mix the garlic with turmeric, lemon juice, honey, and oil to make a marinade.
- 4. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 5. Wash the celery and zucchini and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Clean the mushrooms.
- 7. Wash the peach, halve it, remove the pit, and cut it into wedges.
- 8. Cut the papaya into pieces.
- 9. Peel the shallots and halve them.
- 10. Drain the plums and thread them onto wooden skewers along with the vegetables and fruits.
- 11. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
- 12. Let the marinated skewers rest, covered, for about 30 minutes.
- 13. Drain the skewers well before grilling.
- 14. Place the skewers on an aluminum foil tray and grill them on a hot grill.
- 15. Grill the skewers for about 8 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- 16. Brush the skewers with the marinade again occasionally while grilling.
