  1. 1. Soak the plums in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Mix the garlic with turmeric, lemon juice, honey, and oil to make a marinade.
  4. 4. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Wash the celery and zucchini and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Clean the mushrooms.
  7. 7. Wash the peach, halve it, remove the pit, and cut it into wedges.
  8. 8. Cut the papaya into pieces.
  9. 9. Peel the shallots and halve them.
  10. 10. Drain the plums and thread them onto wooden skewers along with the vegetables and fruits.
  11. 11. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
  12. 12. Let the marinated skewers rest, covered, for about 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Drain the skewers well before grilling.
  14. 14. Place the skewers on an aluminum foil tray and grill them on a hot grill.
  15. 15. Grill the skewers for about 8 minutes, turning them occasionally.
  16. 16. Brush the skewers with the marinade again occasionally while grilling.
