  4. 4. Finely chop the olives.
  5. 5. Finely chop the pine nuts.
  6. 6. Mix the spelt flour with salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  7. 7. Whisk the olive oil, olives, pine nuts, milk, oregano, and egg together in a large mixing bowl.
  8. 8. Stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture quickly.
  9. 9. Gently fold half of the feta cubes into the batter.
  10. 10. Divide the batter evenly among the paper liners.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the remaining feta on top of the muffins.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or gas mark 3).
