🍽️ Heart-shaped fried egg in toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice white sandwich bread
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut a heart out of the bread slice. Leave a border of about 1 centimeter.
- 2. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
- 3. Place the bread slice in the pan.
- 4. Fry the bread slice on one side until golden brown.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 6. Flip the bread slice in the pan.
- 7. Separate an egg into yolk and white.
- 8. Pour just enough egg white into the heart-shaped cutout so that it does not overflow.
- 9. Place the egg yolk in the center of the egg white.
- 10. Cover the pan.
- 11. Let the egg set (become firm) over low heat.
- 12. Season the egg with salt and pepper.
