🍽️ Heart-shaped bread spreads with cream cheese, radishes, and chives

Ingredients
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 200 g cream cheese (low-fat)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch chives
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch paprika powder
- cress
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chives dry.
- 3. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 4. Wash the radishes.
- 5. Remove the tough stem ends of the radishes.
- 6. Grate the radishes finely.
- 7. Lightly salt the grated radishes.
- 8. Let the radishes stand for ten minutes.
- 9. Drain the radishes well afterwards.
- 10. Stir the quark until smooth.
- 11. Mix the quark with the cream cheese.
- 12. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two equal parts.
- 13. Fold the drained radishes and the paprika into one half of the cream.
- 14. Fold the chive rings into the other half of the cream.
- 15. Season both creams with salt.
- 16. Season both creams with pepper.
- 17. Cut the bread into heart shapes.
- 18. Spread the radish-paprika cream on one half of the heart breads.
- 19. Spread the chive cream on the other half of the heart breads.
- 20. Sprinkle the finished bites with some cress.
- 21. Garnish the bites with some radishes.
- 22. Serve the heart bites.
