  4. 4. Peel the onion and cut it in half.

  6. 6. Wash the leek thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the green tops and the root end.
  8. 8. Slice the white part of the leek into thin rings.
  9. 9. Wash the apples.
  10. 10. Peel the apples completely.
  11. 11. Cut the apples into quarters.
  12. 12. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
  13. 13. Dice the apple pieces finely.
  14. 14. Put the sour cream into a bowl.
  15. 15. Add the yogurt.
  16. 16. Add the mayonnaise.
  17. 17. Pour in the vinegar.
  18. 18. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture.
