Ingredients
- 1 smoked herring (Bornholm)
- 1 slice rye bread
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 small onion
- 2 radishes
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bread and spread it thickly with butter. Remove the bones from the herring and place the fillets on the buttered bread.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Arrange the onion rings decoratively over the herring. Carefully place the egg yolk in the center and serve the bread with radishes.
