  1. 1. Remove the tough stems from the kale. Wash the leaves, spin them dry and cut them into thin strips. Put the strips in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and add 6 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything well and let it sit for about 1 hour.
  2. 2. Roast the walnut kernels in a pan without additional fat until they smell good. Remove them and let them cool. Cut the olives in half. Let the tomatoes drain on kitchen paper and cut them into strips.
  3. 3. Whisk the sour cream with the remaining oil and vinegar for the dressing. Season the mixture with salt, honey and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Mix the kale with the walnuts, the olives and the tomatoes. Divide the salad onto 4 plates. Pour the dressing over it and sprinkle with pink pepper.
