🍽️ Autumn Leaf Salad with Grapes and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 radicchio
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 250 g white seedless grapes
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp redcurrant jelly
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp oil
- 4 slices toast bread
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad greens thoroughly, shake off excess water, and set aside. Cut the radicchio into wide strips. Wash the grapes, halve them, and set aside. Crumble the Gorgonzola into small pieces. Peel the red onion and dice it finely.
- 2. Whisk together the vinegar, currant jelly, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir the finely diced onion into the dressing mixture and taste to adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 3. Cut the bread into small cubes. Fry these cubes in hot butter until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 4. Gently toss the prepared ingredients in the salad dressing until everything is well coated. Divide the salad onto plates and sprinkle the crispy bread cubes on top. Enjoy!
