🍽️ Autumn Mushroom Pan with Spring Onions

Ingredients
- 700 g mixed mushrooms (porcini, oyster mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms)
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them or tear them into small pieces.
- 2. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and slice them into rings.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- 5. Fry the mushrooms in batches over high heat.
- 6. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
- 7. Heat butter in the same pan.
- 8. Sauté the spring onions and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 9. Add the mushrooms back into the pan.
- 10. Stir the thyme into the mixture briefly.
- 11. Let everything simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 12. Season with salt and pepper and serve the pan.
