Ingredients
- 20 ml black coffee (very hot)
- 20 ml Galliano (Galliano liqueur)
- 10 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Pour the Galliano liqueur into a small glass.
- 2. Carefully layer the hot coffee on top.
- 3. Whip the cream into a stiff foam.
- 4. Finally, pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee to keep the layers separate.
- 5. Drink the shot in one go.
