🍽️ Baked Camembert

Ingredients
- soft butter (for the ramekins)
- 4 Camembert (approx. 125 g each)
- 4 slices sliced cheese
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp cranberries (jar)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Grease four ovenproof ramekins with butter.
- 3. Place the Camembert into the ramekins.
- 4. Press the cheese slightly in the center with your finger.
- 5. Top the Camembert with the sliced cheese slices.
- 6. Place the ramekins in the oven.
- 7. Bake the cheese for about 10 minutes until it is hot.
- 8. Remove the ramekins from the oven.
- 9. Sprinkle some pepper over the hot cheese.
- 10. Garnish the dish with cranberries.
- 11. Serve the Camembert with bread as desired.
