Ingredients

• 60 g dark chocolate (with lavender)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 300 ml milk
• 2 tbsp semi-stiff whipped cream
• dried lavender flowers (for sprinkling)
• cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

1. 1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
2. 2. Place the chocolate pieces, sugar, and milk into a pot.
3. 3. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly.
4. 4. Keep stirring until the chocolate has completely melted.
5. 5. Whisk the hot chocolate with a whisk until it is creamy.
6. 6. Pour the chocolate into a cup.
7. 7. Garnish the drink with whipped cream, lavender flowers, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
