🍰 Roasted Chestnuts

Ingredients
- 500 g chestnuts (as desired, more or less)
Instructions
- 1. Start a campfire or preheat your grill. Alternatively, preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Leave the chestnuts whole or score them crosswise with a sharp knife as desired. Be careful not to damage the inside. Place them in a large, fireproof pan and roast over the fire for about 15 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally to prevent the chestnuts from burning.
- 3. Or bake them in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 20 minutes. For particularly juicy chestnuts, place a heatproof bowl with water in the oven.
