🍳 Warm Raspberry Delight

Ingredients
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachio kernels (à 15 g)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the raspberries.
- 2. Wash the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Gently pat the raspberries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Set aside a few fresh berries for decoration.
- 5. Place the remaining raspberries in a pot.
- 6. Heat the pot on medium heat.
- 7. Let the berries simmer for about five to seven minutes.
- 8. Remove the pot from the stove as soon as the fruits are soft.
- 9. Add vanilla powder, maple syrup, and low-fat quark to a bowl.
- 10. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth mixture forms.
- 11. Place a spoonful of quark mixture into the glasses.
- 12. Add a layer of warm raspberries.
- 13. Repeat the layering until the glasses are full.
- 14. Finely chop the pistachios.
- 15. Decorate the desserts with the fresh raspberries and pistachios.
- 16. Serve the bowls immediately.
