🍰 Warm Apple Dessert with Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 larger apples
- 30 g butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, peel them, and remove the core. Then cut the apple pieces into thin wedges.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and fry the apple wedges on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over them.
- 3. Arrange the apple wedges nicely on the plates and place one scoop of ice cream in the center. Garnish with lemon balm and serve the dish immediately.
