Ingredients
- 150 g blueberries
- 100 g yogurt
- 200 ml cold milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch ginger
- cinnamon (1 pinch each)
- cardamom (1 pinch each)
Instructions
- 1. Put the blueberries, yoghurt, milk, honey, and spices into the blender.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until they are completely smooth and creamy.
- 3. Taste the shake briefly and adjust the spices if necessary.
- 4. Pour the shake into a glass and garnish it with a few fresh blueberries.
- 5. Serve the shake immediately for the best taste.
