  3. 3. Toss the dry berries with two tablespoons of flour.
  4. 4. Cut the butter into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  6. 6. Beat the egg into the butter-sugar mixture.
  7. 7. Add the remaining flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl.
  8. 8. Stir the dry ingredients in until they are just moist.
  9. 9. Add the sour cream and stir it in briefly.
  10. 10. Gently fold the floured blueberries into the batter with a spoon.
  11. 11. Mix the grated chocolate into the batter.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  13. 13. Grease the muffin cups with a little butter.
  14. 14. Divide the batter evenly among the cups.
