🍽️ Juicy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 120 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 250 g Flour
- 2.5 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 200 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 60 g Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Muffin baking tray (paper liners or muffin tin)
- Butter (for the molds)
- Icing sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 2. Dry the berries thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Toss the dry berries with two tablespoons of flour.
- 4. Cut the butter into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 5. Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
- 6. Beat the egg into the butter-sugar mixture.
- 7. Add the remaining flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl.
- 8. Stir the dry ingredients in until they are just moist.
- 9. Add the sour cream and stir it in briefly.
- 10. Gently fold the floured blueberries into the batter with a spoon.
- 11. Mix the grated chocolate into the batter.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 13. Grease the muffin cups with a little butter.
- 14. Divide the batter evenly among the cups.
- 15. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- 16. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool.
- 17. Dust the finished muffins with powdered sugar before serving.
