  3. 3. Toss the blueberries in two tablespoons of flour.
  4. 4. Cut the butter into pieces.
  5. 5. Mix the butter with the fruit sugar until the mixture is creamy.
  6. 6. Beat the egg into the butter-sugar mixture.
  7. 7. Add the remaining flour, the salt, the baking powder, and the baking soda.
  8. 8. Stir in the sour cream.
  9. 9. Stir the batter only until the dry ingredients are just moist.
  10. 10. Gently fold in the floured blueberries.
  11. 11. Grease the muffin cups with some butter.
  12. 12. Fill the batter into the cups.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  14. 14. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  15. 15. Take the muffins out of the oven.
