  2. 2. Add the eggs and continue to stir until the batter is thick and homogeneous.
  3. 3. Mix the salt, flour, baking powder, and baking soda (a leavening agent) in a separate bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the dry mixture into the milk.
  5. 5. Lightly dust the blueberries with flour.
  6. 6. Gently fold the dusted blueberries into the batter.
  7. 7. Place a paper liner in each cup of a muffin tin.
  8. 8. Fill the cups with the batter using a tablespoon.
  9. 9. Bake the muffins at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Perform the toothpick test (insert a wooden skewer into the center; if it comes out clean, they are done).
  11. 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool down.
