🍽️ Fluffy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 80 g butter (room temperature)
- 250 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Beat the soft butter with the sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy.
- 2. Add the eggs and continue to stir until the batter is thick and homogeneous.
- 3. Mix the salt, flour, baking powder, and baking soda (a leavening agent) in a separate bowl.
- 4. Stir the dry mixture into the milk.
- 5. Lightly dust the blueberries with flour.
- 6. Gently fold the dusted blueberries into the batter.
- 7. Place a paper liner in each cup of a muffin tin.
- 8. Fill the cups with the batter using a tablespoon.
- 9. Bake the muffins at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
- 10. Perform the toothpick test (insert a wooden skewer into the center; if it comes out clean, they are done).
- 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool down.
