Ingredients
- 150 g blueberries
- 100 g yogurt
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch ginger
- cinnamon (1 pinch each)
- cardamom (1 pinch each)
Instructions
- 1. Put the blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and spices into the blender. Blend everything vigorously until you have a smooth mixture.
- 2. Taste the shake briefly and adjust the sweetness or spices if needed. Then pour the mixture into glasses and serve it well chilled.
