  7. 7. Add about three tablespoons of lukewarm water.
  8. 8. Roughly chop all ingredients together with a knife.
  9. 9. Quickly knead the crumbs into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Shape the dough into a ball.
  11. 11. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  12. 12. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Whisk the quark cheese with sugar and a pinch of salt.
  14. 14. Stir the cream into the quark mixture.
  15. 15. Mix the eggs into the quark mixture.
  16. 16. Fold in the lemon zest.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
  18. 18. Place two sheets of baking paper side by side.
  19. 19. Roll out the dough thinly between the paper layers.
  20. 20. Grease the tart pan with butter.
