🍰 Fluffy Blueberry Pudding with Orange Liqueur

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 300 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 170 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Place 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water in a pan.
- 2. Melt the sugar over low heat.
- 3. Add the blueberries to the pan.
- 4. Simmer the berries for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the Grand Marnier (orange liqueur).
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, salt, and cream into a liquid batter.
- 8. Distribute the blueberries into 4 small ramekins.
- 9. Pour the batter over the berries in the ramekins.
- 10. Place the ramekins in a baking dish filled with water.
- 11. Bake the pudding for 30 minutes in the hot oven.
- 12. Dust the finished pudding with powdered sugar.
- 13. Serve the pudding lukewarm.
