  2. 2. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Toss the dry berries in two tablespoons of flour.
  4. 4. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until creamy.
  5. 5. Stir the egg into the butter-sugar mixture.
  6. 6. Add flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, baking soda, and yogurt.
  7. 7. Stir the batter only briefly until the dry ingredients are just moist.
  8. 8. Gently fold in the flour-coated blueberries.
  9. 9. Grease the muffin cups with a little butter.
  10. 10. Fill the batter into the cups.
  11. 11. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the muffins from the oven.
  13. 13. Let them cool on a wire rack.
