🥤 Fresh Blueberry Orange Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 g blueberries
- 0.5 orange
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g cold milk
- 150 g yogurt
- lemon balm leaf (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and remove any unripe berries or stems.
- 2. Cut two thin strips (wedges) from the orange peel and set them aside.
- 3. Finely grate the outer peel of the orange and then squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Place the blueberries, freshly squeezed orange juice, and vanilla sugar into a blender.
- 5. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 6. Add the orange peel, milk, and yogurt to the blender.
- 7. Mix everything briefly until the ingredients are well combined.
- 8. Pour the drink into two tall glasses.
- 9. Place the prepared orange wedges on the rim of the glasses.
- 10. Garnish the drink with fresh lemon balm leaves.
