🍰 Quark with Blueberries and Cashews

Ingredients
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 400 g low-fat quark
- 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 200 g blueberries
- 200 g apples (1 apple)
- 10 g lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- 30 g cashew butter (30 g)
Instructions
- 1. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the tiny seeds. Mix the vanilla seeds with the quark and milk until smooth.
- 2. Wash the blueberries and let them drain well. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Put the blueberries, apple pieces, and lemon juice into a tall container and blend finely with a hand blender.
- 3. Layer the vanilla quark and the blueberry puree alternately into small glasses. Top with the cashew butter and serve the dessert with some grated apple if you like.
