  1. 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly.
  2. 2. Let the berries drain well.
  3. 3. Peel the bananas.
  4. 4. Cut the bananas into small pieces.
  5. 5. Place 300 grams of the blueberries into a blender.
  6. 6. Add the cut bananas.
  7. 7. Add the lucuma powder.
  8. 8. Pour in the rice syrup.
  9. 9. Add the lemon juice.
  10. 10. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  11. 11. Stir the yogurt into the pureed mixture.
  12. 12. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
  13. 13. Let the ice cream machine run for about 40 minutes until the mixture is creamy and frozen.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the semi-frozen ice cream.
  15. 15. Place the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
