  4. 4. Crumble the yeast into the well.
  5. 5. Mix the yeast with the sugared milk.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the surface of the dough with a little flour from the edge.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Knead the remaining sugar, butter, and salt vigorously into the dough.
  10. 10. Add enough milk until an elastic dough forms.
  11. 11. Knead the dough again vigorously.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl again.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Dice the dried fruits into small cubes.
  15. 15. Fold the fruits evenly into the dough.
