🍽️ Light Yeast Dough

Ingredients
- 500 g Spelt flour Type 1050
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 225 ml Milk (3.5 % fat)
- 50 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 cube fresh yeast
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, egg, oil, and salt into a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Heat milk and coconut blossom sugar in a small saucepan until lukewarm.
- 3. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm milk and stir well.
- 4. Pour the yeast milk over the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
- 5. Mix everything with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
- 6. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel.
- 7. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- 8. Wait until the volume of the dough has approximately doubled.
- 9. Now process the yeast dough according to the rest of your recipe instructions.
