  2. 2. Heat milk and coconut blossom sugar in a small saucepan until lukewarm.
  3. 3. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm milk and stir well.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast milk over the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Mix everything with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  8. 8. Wait until the volume of the dough has approximately doubled.
  9. 9. Now process the yeast dough according to the rest of your recipe instructions.
