  7. 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  8. 8. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  9. 9. Take out the dough and knead it briefly.
  10. 10. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  11. 11. Grease a baking pan.
  12. 12. Place the dough into the pan.
  13. 13. Press up the edges of the dough to form a rim.
  14. 14. Add flour and sugar for the crumble topping into a bowl.
