  3. 3. Mix half of the flour, the salt, the egg, 75 grams of sugar, the yeast milk, and the melted butter into a dough.
  4. 4. Knead the remaining flour into the dough gradually.
  5. 5. Let the yeast dough rise for about 30 minutes under a lid.
  6. 6. Wash the plums thoroughly.
  7. 7. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  9. 9. Knead the dough vigorously.
  10. 10. Grease a baking sheet with butter.
  11. 11. Roll out the dough on the sheet.
  12. 12. Arrange the plums in a shingled pattern on the dough.
  13. 13. Place the cake in the preheated oven.
  14. 14. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the finished cake with pearl sugar.
