  9. 9. Place the bowl in the oven preheated to 50 degrees Celsius.

  11. 11. Keep the oven door slightly ajar using a wooden spoon handle.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  13. 13. Check if the volume of the dough has doubled.
  14. 14. Look for cracks appearing on the surface.
  15. 15. Mix the cornstarch with 250 milliliters of water.
  16. 16. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
  17. 17. Let the liquid cool down until it is lukewarm.

  20. 20. Knead the dough vigorously.
  21. 21. Work in some extra flour if necessary.
