  4. 4. Add the milk, 15 grams of raw cane sugar, and some flour from the edges.
  5. 5. Stir the ingredients together to form a pre-dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Slightly warm the butter.
  8. 8. Mix the warm butter with the eggs, salt, 15 grams of sugar, the pre-dough, and the remaining flour.
  9. 9. Knead the mixture well until a smooth dough forms.
  10. 10. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Lightly grease a ring mold if necessary.
  12. 12. Fill the dough into the prepared mold.
  13. 13. Let the dough rest in the mold for another 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees or gas mark 3).
