  1. 1. Add both types of flour, the dry yeast, the salt, the soft butter, and the water to a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients using the dough hooks of your electric hand mixer until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  4. 4. After the rising time, knead the drained cranberries into the dough.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
  6. 6. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the bread in it for about 50 minutes.
  7. 7. Let the bread cool down in the pan for another 15 minutes after baking.
  8. 8. Turn the bread out of the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
