🍽️ Fluffy Yeast Bread with Cranberries

Ingredients
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 150 g wheat flour Type 550
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 g soft butter
- 150 g cranberries (jar)
- 200 ml lukewarm water
Instructions
- 1. Add both types of flour, the dry yeast, the salt, the soft butter, and the water to a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients using the dough hooks of your electric hand mixer until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
- 3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- 4. After the rising time, knead the drained cranberries into the dough.
- 5. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
- 6. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the bread in it for about 50 minutes.
- 7. Let the bread cool down in the pan for another 15 minutes after baking.
- 8. Turn the bread out of the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
