🍳 Crunchy Rye Bread Sandwiches with Harzer Cheese

Ingredients
- 75 g Harzer cheese
- 1 spring onion
- 5 radishes
- 1 tbsp coarse mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 slices rye whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Slice the Harzer cheese into thin slices.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 4. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
- 5. Wash the radishes.
- 6. Slice the radishes into very thin slices.
- 7. Whisk the mustard with the honey in a small bowl.
- 8. Lightly toast the rye bread slices.
- 9. Spread the honey-mustard mixture onto the toast slices.
- 10. Place a slice of Harzer cheese on one of the bread slices.
- 11. Distribute the radish slices over the cheese.
- 12. Sprinkle the spring onion rings over the top.
- 13. Cover the sandwich with the second bread slice.
- 14. Wrap the finished sandwich in deli paper.
