  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Cut six squares from aluminum foil, each approximately 25 by 25 centimeters.
  3. 3. Brush the aluminum foil squares lightly with olive oil.
  4. 4. Wash the zucchini and the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and slice it into thin, long slices.
  6. 6. Slice the tomatoes and the cheese.
  7. 7. Place two to three zucchini slices on the prepared foil.
  8. 8. Season the zucchini to taste.
  9. 9. Place the tomato slices and cheese slices on top of the zucchini.
  10. 10. Fold the aluminum foil into a closed packet.
  11. 11. Place the vegetable packets into the preheated oven.
  12. 12. Bake the packets for 15 to 20 minutes.
  13. 13. Soak the bread roll in cold water.
  14. 14. Put the minced meat and the egg into a bowl.
  15. 15. Season the meat generously with spices.
  16. 16. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  17. 17. Melt some ghee (clarified butter) in a large pan.
  18. 18. Sauté the onion cubes together with the parsley in the ghee.
  19. 19. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well and break it into pieces.
  20. 20. Add the bread pieces and the sautéed onion-parsley mixture to the meat.
  21. 21. Process everything with a fork or a hand mixer with dough hooks until you have a smooth mixture.
  22. 22. Shape six burger patties from the meat mixture.
  23. 23. Heat some ghee in the pan.
  24. 24. Fry the burgers on both sides until crispy over medium heat.
  25. 25. Cook the burgers thoroughly through.
  26. 26. Slice the burger buns open.
  27. 27. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of one half.
  28. 28. Spread ketchup on the inside of the other half.
  29. 29. Wash the bell pepper and the tomato.
  30. 30. Slice the bell pepper into strips.

  32. 32. Slice the onions into rings.
  33. 33. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  34. 34. Assemble the prepared burger buns with the meat, lettuce, and vegetables.
  35. 35. Open the finished vegetable packets from the oven.
  36. 36. Sprinkle the vegetables with fresh basil.
