🍽️ Grilled Burgers with Vegetable Foil Packets

Ingredients
- 1 stale rolls
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- paprika powder
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- ghee (for frying)
- 6 hamburger buns
- 0.5 head Lollo bionda lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion
- mayonnaise (for spreading)
- ketchup (for spreading)
- 2 zucchini
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- pepper (from a mill)
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 0.5 bunch basil
- olive oil (for brushing)
- aluminum foil (for wrapping)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Cut six squares from aluminum foil, each approximately 25 by 25 centimeters.
- 3. Brush the aluminum foil squares lightly with olive oil.
- 4. Wash the zucchini and the tomatoes.
- 5. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and slice it into thin, long slices.
- 6. Slice the tomatoes and the cheese.
- 7. Place two to three zucchini slices on the prepared foil.
- 8. Season the zucchini to taste.
- 9. Place the tomato slices and cheese slices on top of the zucchini.
- 10. Fold the aluminum foil into a closed packet.
- 11. Place the vegetable packets into the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the packets for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 13. Soak the bread roll in cold water.
- 14. Put the minced meat and the egg into a bowl.
- 15. Season the meat generously with spices.
- 16. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 17. Melt some ghee (clarified butter) in a large pan.
- 18. Sauté the onion cubes together with the parsley in the ghee.
- 19. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well and break it into pieces.
- 20. Add the bread pieces and the sautéed onion-parsley mixture to the meat.
- 21. Process everything with a fork or a hand mixer with dough hooks until you have a smooth mixture.
- 22. Shape six burger patties from the meat mixture.
- 23. Heat some ghee in the pan.
- 24. Fry the burgers on both sides until crispy over medium heat.
- 25. Cook the burgers thoroughly through.
- 26. Slice the burger buns open.
- 27. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of one half.
- 28. Spread ketchup on the inside of the other half.
- 29. Wash the bell pepper and the tomato.
- 30. Slice the bell pepper into strips.
- 31. Slice the tomato.
- 32. Slice the onions into rings.
- 33. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 34. Assemble the prepared burger buns with the meat, lettuce, and vegetables.
- 35. Open the finished vegetable packets from the oven.
- 36. Sprinkle the vegetables with fresh basil.
