  6. 6. Mix the squeezed bun, shallots, and an egg with the minced meat.
  7. 7. Add more crumbs if necessary until the mixture is moldable.
  8. 8. Ensure the meat mixture is not too soft.
  9. 9. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Form four patties from the meat mixture.
  11. 11. Heat the remaining oil in a hot pan.
  12. 12. Fry the patties in the pan.
  13. 13. Turn the patties occasionally.
  14. 14. Cook the patties for five to six minutes.
  15. 15. Cut the buns open.
  16. 16. Wash the lettuce leaves.
  17. 17. Pat the lettuce leaves dry.
  18. 18. Wash the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Cut out the stem area from the tomatoes.
  20. 20. Slice the tomatoes.
  21. 21. Place lettuce and tomato slices on one burger half.
  22. 22. Dice the cucumbers finely for the salsa.
  23. 23. Wash the tomatoes for the salsa again.
  24. 24. Quarter the tomatoes for the salsa.
  25. 25. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes for the salsa.
  26. 26. Dice the seeded tomatoes for the salsa.
  27. 27. Peel the onion for the salsa.
  28. 28. Chop the onion for the salsa finely.
  29. 29. Mix cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions with ketchup.
  30. 30. Season the salsa with lemon juice.
  31. 31. Season the salsa with Tabasco.
  32. 32. Place half of the salsa on the bottom bun half.
  33. 33. Place a patty on the salsa.
  34. 34. Spread the remaining salsa on the patty.
  35. 35. Place the top bun half on top as a lid.
  36. 36. Serve the burger.
