  5. 5. Slice the onions into thick rings.
  6. 6. Place the pepper strips and onion rings in a grilling pan.
  7. 7. Add the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  8. 8. Mix everything well together.
  9. 9. Preheat the grill.
  10. 10. Place the grilling pan on the hot grill.
  11. 11. Grill the vegetables for about 10 minutes until soft.
  12. 12. Stir the vegetables occasionally during grilling.
  13. 13. Briefly soak the buns in lukewarm water.
  14. 14. Squeeze the water out of the buns.
  15. 15. Peel the shallot.
  16. 16. Dice the shallot finely.
  17. 17. Heat some oil in a pan.
  18. 18. Sauté the shallot cubes in the hot oil.
  19. 19. Add the chopped parsley.

  34. 34. Grill the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
