  1. 1. Mix the minced meat with the eggs, chopped parsley, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  2. 2. Season the meat mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into twelve small, equal-sized meatballs.
  4. 4. Heat some ghee in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the meatballs in batches until golden brown.
  6. 6. Cook them for about two to three minutes on each side.
  7. 7. Slice the sesame buns horizontally in the middle.
  8. 8. Spread the bottom bun halves generously with ketchup.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
  10. 10. Remove the hard stem area from the top of the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Slice the tomatoes into thin, round slices.
  12. 12. Place one fried meatball on each prepared bun half.
  13. 13. Top the burgers with the tomato slices and fresh cress.
  14. 14. Cover the burgers with the top bun halves.
  15. 15. Insert a toothpick through the center of each burger to hold them together.
  16. 16. Serve the mini burgers immediately.
