🍽️ Quick Grill Burgers

Ingredients
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 100 g Yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- Sweet paprika powder
- 1 drop Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 handfuls mixed leaf salad (e.g. endive, radicchio, head lettuce)
- 1 Beef tomato
- 1 red onion
- 600 g Ground beef
- 1 tbsp hot mustard
- 1 small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 Burger buns
Instructions
- 1. Put the mayonnaise, yogurt, and ketchup into a small bowl.
- 2. Add a pinch of paprika powder and the lemon juice.
- 3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Stir the ingredients well until you have a smooth sauce.
- 5. Place the sauce in the fridge until you need it for assembly.
- 6. Wash the lettuce under running water.
- 7. Spin the lettuce dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized small pieces.
- 9. Wash the tomato thoroughly.
- 10. Remove the hard stem base from the top of the tomato.
- 11. Slice the tomato into thin, even rounds.
- 12. Peel the red onion of its papery skin.
- 13. Slice the peeled onion into thin rings.
- 14. Turn on the grill and preheat it to high heat.
- 15. Put the minced meat and the mustard into a large bowl.
- 16. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 17. Dice the onion and the garlic very finely.
- 18. Add the diced vegetables to the minced meat in the bowl.
- 19. Mix everything with your hands or a spoon until well combined.
- 20. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
- 21. Form four equal-sized burger patties (meat balls) from the mixture.
- 22. Place the patties on the hot grill.
- 23. Grill the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side.
- 24. Flip the patties and grill them for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
- 25. Cut the buns in half lengthwise.
- 26. Place the bun halves briefly on the grill to toast them.
- 27. Take the buns off the grill and spread the prepared sauce on the bottom half.
- 28. Place a layer of lettuce on the sauced bun bottom.
- 29. Place a grilled patty on top of the lettuce.
- 30. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the patty.
- 31. Place the onion rings on top of the tomatoes.
- 32. Cover the burger with the top bun half.
- 33. Serve the burger immediately and enjoy.
