  5. 5. Refrigerate the sauce until you need it for assembly.
  6. 6. Wash the lettuce under cold water.
  7. 7. Spin the lettuce dry or pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized small pieces.
  9. 9. Wash the tomato thoroughly.
  10. 10. Remove the hard stem area at the top of the tomato.
  11. 11. Slice the tomato into thin, even rounds.
  12. 12. Peel the red onion.
  13. 13. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
  14. 14. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  15. 15. Put the minced meat and mustard into a large bowl.

  17. 17. Dice the onion and the garlic very finely.
