  7. 7. Mix everything until the mixture is easy to shape.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Form four round meat patties from the mixture.
  10. 10. Heat the remaining oil in a hot pan.
  11. 11. Fry the meat patties in the pan.
  12. 12. Turn the patties occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  13. 13. Fry them for 6 to 8 minutes on both sides.
  14. 14. Fry them until they are golden brown.
  15. 15. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
  16. 16. Remove any damaged leaves from the lettuce.

  18. 18. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  27. 27. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom halves of the buns.
  28. 28. Top the buns with the lettuce.
