🍽️ Quick Grill Burgers

Ingredients
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 100 g Yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- Sweet paprika powder
- 1 drop Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 handfuls mixed leaf salad (e.g. endive, radicchio, head lettuce)
- 1 Beef tomato
- 1 red onion
- 600 g Ground beef
- 1 tbsp hot mustard
- 1 small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 Burger buns
Instructions
- 1. Put mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, a pinch of paprika powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the sauce ingredients vigorously until they are uniform.
- 3. Taste the sauce and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
- 4. Place the finished sauce in the fridge until you need it for assembly.
- 5. Wash the lettuce under running water.
- 6. Spin the lettuce dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Tear the lettuce leaves into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Wash the tomato thoroughly.
- 9. Remove the hard stem area from the top of the tomato.
- 10. Slice the tomato into thin, even rounds.
- 11. Peel the red onion completely.
- 12. Slice the peeled red onion into thin rings.
- 13. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- 14. Put the minced meat and mustard into a large bowl.
- 15. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 16. Dice the onion and the garlic very finely.
- 17. Add the diced onion and garlic to the minced meat.
- 18. Mix the minced meat with the ingredients well using your hands or a spoon.
- 19. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
- 20. Form four equal-sized burger patties (meat discs) from the mixture.
- 21. Place the patties on the hot grill.
- 22. Grill the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side.
- 23. Flip the patties and grill them for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
- 24. Halve the burger buns crosswise.
- 25. Place the bun halves briefly on the grill to toast them lightly.
- 26. Take the buns off the grill and place them on a plate.
- 27. Take the cold sauce out of the refrigerator.
- 28. Spread some sauce on the bottom of each bun half.
- 29. Place a portion of lettuce on the sauced bun bottom.
- 30. Place a grilled patty on the lettuce.
- 31. Distribute the tomato slices on the patty.
- 32. Add the onion rings on top of the tomatoes.
- 33. Place the top of the bun on the burger.
- 34. Serve the burger immediately while warm.
