  1. 1. Put mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, a pinch of paprika powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the sauce ingredients vigorously until they are uniform.
  3. 3. Taste the sauce and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
  4. 4. Place the finished sauce in the fridge until you need it for assembly.
  5. 5. Wash the lettuce under running water.
  6. 6. Spin the lettuce dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Tear the lettuce leaves into small, bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the tomato thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove the hard stem area from the top of the tomato.
  10. 10. Slice the tomato into thin, even rounds.
  11. 11. Peel the red onion completely.
  12. 12. Slice the peeled red onion into thin rings.
  13. 13. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  14. 14. Put the minced meat and mustard into a large bowl.
  15. 15. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  16. 16. Dice the onion and the garlic very finely.
  17. 17. Add the diced onion and garlic to the minced meat.
  18. 18. Mix the minced meat with the ingredients well using your hands or a spoon.
  19. 19. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Form four equal-sized burger patties (meat discs) from the mixture.
  21. 21. Place the patties on the hot grill.
  22. 22. Grill the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side.
  23. 23. Flip the patties and grill them for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
  24. 24. Halve the burger buns crosswise.
  25. 25. Place the bun halves briefly on the grill to toast them lightly.
  26. 26. Take the buns off the grill and place them on a plate.
  27. 27. Take the cold sauce out of the refrigerator.
  28. 28. Spread some sauce on the bottom of each bun half.
  29. 29. Place a portion of lettuce on the sauced bun bottom.
  30. 30. Place a grilled patty on the lettuce.
  31. 31. Distribute the tomato slices on the patty.
  32. 32. Add the onion rings on top of the tomatoes.
  33. 33. Place the top of the bun on the burger.
  34. 34. Serve the burger immediately while warm.
