🍽️ Quick Burgers with Homemade Sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- sweet paprika powder
- 1 drop lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 2 handfuls mixed leaf salad (e.g. endive, radicchio, head lettuce)
- 1 beef tomato
- 1 red onion
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp hot mustard
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- 1. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, paprika powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- 2. Season the sauce to taste with a little more salt and pepper.
- 3. Chill the sauce until you are ready to use it.
- 4. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
- 5. Spin the lettuce dry.
- 6. Tear the lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Wash the tomato.
- 8. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato.
- 9. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
- 10. Peel the red onion.
- 11. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
- 12. Preheat your grill.
- 13. Place the minced meat and mustard into a bowl.
- 14. Peel the onion.
- 15. Peel the garlic.
- 16. Dice the onion and garlic very finely.
- 17. Add the diced onion and garlic to the minced meat.
- 18. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- 19. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
- 20. Shape four burger patties from the mixture.
- 21. Place the patties on the hot grill.
- 22. Grill the patties for three to four minutes per side.
- 23. Halve the burger buns.
- 24. Toast the buns briefly on the grill.
- 25. Spread some sauce onto the bottom half of each bun.
- 26. Place a few lettuce leaves on top of the sauce.
- 27. Place a grilled patty on top of the lettuce.
- 28. Place tomato slices on top of the patty.
- 29. Place the onion rings on top of the tomato.
- 30. Place the top half of the bun on.
- 31. Serve the burger immediately.
