  4. 4. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
  5. 5. Spin the lettuce dry.
  6. 6. Tear the lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the tomato.
  8. 8. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato.
  9. 9. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Peel the red onion.
  11. 11. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
  12. 12. Preheat your grill.
  13. 13. Place the minced meat and mustard into a bowl.

  15. 15. Peel the garlic.
