🍰 Halva Mascarpone Cream with Pomegranate Seeds

Ingredients
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 125 g Whipping cream
- 75 g Halva (sweet made from sesame paste)
- 50 g Almond kernels
- 30 g Pomegranate seeds (2 tbsp)
- 50 g Chocolate (min. 50% cocoa)
Instructions
- 1. Blend the mascarpone with the yogurt, whipping cream, and halva until you have a fine, smooth mixture. If the cream feels too thick, stir in a little more cream as needed.
- 2. Divide the halva mascarpone cream among small glasses and place them in the refrigerator to chill. Meanwhile, finely chop the almonds.
- 3. Just before serving, sprinkle the cream with the chopped almonds and pomegranate seeds. Use a vegetable peeler to shave thin slices from the chocolate and decorate the halva mascarpone cream with pomegranate seeds with these shavings.
